If you want a chuckle this morning, you need to check out this video of Sammi playing.
I've been trying to get some photos for the Sunday Stills Challenge, which is "Go low, shoot high" but every time I look up all I get is raindrops in my face! I think I missed the opportunity earlier this week.
Lake Beamer is back,

and it's raining so hard I don't want to put the horses out; they have no shelter out there and Kai spends a lot of time lying down; I don't need him getting sick. That's his owner in the Wordless Wednesday photo below, she's pretty happy with him.
I hope someone somewhere is dry and warm, a lot of blogs I read are talking about heavy rain and flooding. I think the look on Beamer's face says it all:

I lit a fire in the wood stove yesterday...mighty strange weather. But, your garden is sure lookin' good!
Wow, she sure looks like shes having fun. Just about exhausts me watching her. Her color is very unique, sure wont get her mixed up with your other dogs.
Sammi is wonderful! what pure joy! Hope you see soem sunshine soon.Grey and cloudy here ,but no rain just yet
Your round pen looks like mine. Well, that's a far as the water goes anyway. Mine's been underwater since last fall so it's full of some pretty tall weeds too.
Geeze thats a lot of rain!
Cute vid, I'll trade ya, 95 deg in North Carolina for anything 20-30 degrees cooler, I think I'm moving to the arctic for 4 month out of the year..:-)
Ahhh... the energy and the innocence of youth. Love the video of Sammi. Poor Beamer looks a bit ticked off. Sending thoughts of clear skies and sunshine your way.
Og Bruce and I were laughing pretty good at the video of Sammi!!! lol way to funny and she still does the "splat" lay down thing when she is done playing hahahahahahaha oh p.s papers are sent away for the pups, can take up to 6 weeks they say.
It is pouring rain here too I am getting just a tad sick of it.
We've had a pile of rain here too and I notice our horses have been hanging out in the shed and not liking it so well either.
lol! Poor Beamer looks teed off!
I sure hope it dries out for you soon. I wish you could send some of that rain here.
We've not had any rain since last summer.
We were relying on our snowfalls this past winter to help our grass grow and stay green, but now everything is dry and the grass we have is already dried and of poor quality.
We need some of that rain!
But we probably won't get any until our monsoons that happen in late July, early August. And those are just gully washers....not a nice calm, steady rain to refresh and help everything grow.
