Summer rolls along....

Borrowed a saddle from a friend so I could practice my English lesson today, Beamer did really well with his leads this time- of course, he knew I was shod this time.....
We have been having a bunch of thunderstorms which has kept things a little cooler- perfect weather, in fact, and some good opportunities for Sunday Stills tomorrow. I saw Huckleberries at the market, now I just need to figure out where to go pick them. Any ideas, Tara?
A few people have mentioned seeing double rainbows lately; we get them here quite often, and I saw another one tonight.
Camera has rain spots on it, sorry.
Two more weeks till our blogger trail ride, so far there are six riders, only me and Janice as far as bloggers go, can anyone confirm if they are coming?

You are surrounded by one of the most beautiful vistas in all of Canada. It makes me think that all you have to do is point and shoot your picture regardless of which way you are facing.

lol, you make me laugh with being shod.

I plan on coming, was wondering what the footing is like there, will my horse be fine barefoot?

You know I am the wrong person to ask... My dad used to take us a lot when we were kids but I don't remember where and just never had time to go after... But I am sure if you asked a few people someone would be able to tell you the BEST spots but otherwise you should find them growing in any of the hills in open areas. pretty much anywhere.. But for choice spots I have no idea.

Love the photos as usual!

Well, I'm sort of undecided. I thought 'no' (cause of the bears) and then I thought 'yes' (cause of you), then I thought 'no' (hurt too much). I'll have to just wait and see, a bit longer. But don't count me totally out yet (or totaly in) How's that for undecided?

I wish I lived close enough to go on that trail ride! I bet it will be a great ride! Anyone who wants to ride in the North Dakota badlands, let me know and we can go!
