Gotta say , your reiner looks pretty good in his english duds. Will we be seeing you mounting up English as well?

Somehow he doesn't quite look the english type or even too happy about the new look.

Fancy, how is the dressage lesson? I took dressage to get my balance and confidence back and enjoyed it. I still like western riding better but an english saddle is sooo much easier to put on!

Yeah, he isn't the English type, but I have a friend who teaches it, and I really need to improve my riding, especially my posture because of the issues I have with my back. Gail is a level 4 Dressage rider, and I have never been afraid of learning something new. This can only improve my riding, my horse, and my communication with him. Today I rode a lesson, and then a 16 year old friend rode him too. It's interesting watching someone else ride your horse, you can really see what's going on with them. We have plenty of things to work on before next week's lesson, and I promise you photos of me riding!

I rode some english last winter and I think it improved my balance quite a bit. Although it took others to notice it casue it just happens without realizing. Its kinda fun to do something different for a change.

Handsome little English Pony! He sure looks good in that royal red and gold saddle pad. Beamer doesn't look to impressed, though. lol!
