However, bokeh is not limited to highlights; blur occurs in all out-of-focus regions of the image.”So thanks to the posted explanation of how to achieve this, I think I got it. There was only one really sunny day this last week so I took my camera and did my best to get some good images.
None of my photos got the really sparkley bokeh, but I think I kinda got the hang of it.
