Sunday Stills
This week's challenge was light painting, and I really had a blast with this one! I set my camera for the night setting, and made sure the flash was off. First I tried candles as my light source.
This one was my favorite of the candle ones. Next, I plugged in my Christmas lights outside- they are up all year round.
This was getting to be fun! So then I focused on the distant lights of town, zooming in on them.
The yard light..
All of the above photos, I moved the camera in patterns. So then I tried using a flashlight, moving the light instead of the camera.

I tried the flashlight thing, and yard light. Unfortunately it didn't work too well, I think it was too bright out.

I love that your Christmas lights stay up all year. I did that with a tree in our orchard last year and periodically turned them on :-).

Candles made a new bent look! Those distant lights of the town and the yard light were totally different : )
Looks like fun even!! I think with your yard light you coulda made a design (your brand would be cool) I might have to give that a try
