Thank you to all who left us Christmas greetings on my last post.
We had a perfect Christmas, nice and quiet with just Ted and my daughter and I, peaceful and wonderful. We went to Mass on Christmas Eve, and Ted sang in the choir.
The dogs got a new toy, and my daughter obliged them by throwing it for them.
Happy dogs!
We had to get Merle out of the way, and he kept falling into tracks in the snow that were as deep as he is tall.
No Merle, you can't have that stick!
The horses got Christmas treats- licorice and peppermint flavored crunchies.
Gussie always wants more.....
Plllleeeeeeeaaaaaassssseeee
Sorry- that's all!
The next day, we took Jessi to the airport, where there is a sculpture of a mama Grizzly and cubs- and we couldn't resist a photo shoot with Merle.
You fit right in, Merle!
Hear me roar!
It was wonderful to have Jessi home for Christmas, but she sure had a lot of travelling to do and I bet she's glad to be home. Apparently I have to get over my fear of flying and head to Ontario to visit, this coming year. I've been told.
Quit laffin' Rio. It's not funny.
