Sunday Silence-Water

In the last week, we went through three phases of water here; icicles dangling from my roof, which fell off an hour later; the ice in the yard melting into slippery puddles; and the pond in the horse pasture finally letting go of it's icy cover. Winter is finally lessening its grip, and the melt down has begun!

I like the icicle shot, nice sky.

Low country boil - potatoes, onions, sausage, corn on the cob and shrimp boiled together (in stages). You keep adding and then drain the water, pour onto newspapers and dig in. In our case, we poured it into large bowls. It is really good and doesn't take too long to prepare or fix.
