I poison as much as I can, but we still have a patch of 100-200 thistles in our hayfield. I pull them out before hay harvest, I do everything....but this year some stranger out of the darkness came to mow our field and I didn't mind that he mowed a large patch of thistle into his round bales.

No, nothing poisonous, as the person who I thought was my friend and who sent him here said.

It's a huge hay farming drama, this year. And I've got license plates of tractors and I will be going to our local ranger.

Someone took our hay, doing us a favor, but we don't know who. And they only got 7 large round bales WHO?

Wouldn't you like to know? Horse people are crazy. And I'm infected.

Our horses like thistles too. I would think they hurt, but guess not.

My donkeys used to eat all thistles and burdock flowers. Alas, I miss them. The mules do pick thistle flowers but not as well as their long eared cousins did!:)
