Thanks, KDW. This week's challenge was to use the macro setting. I took the daisy picture last summer, and the snowflakes on Sassy a couple of days ago.

I don't know what Macro is, but I do like the "whites"...of winter and summer being opposite...beauty at both ends.

Thanks, Barb; you totally got the meaning of the post! The macro setting on the camera allows you to take a close-up without blurring the image. Most cameras have it, usually it is represented by an icon of a flower.
