I was brushing Coyote Belle after I brought the mares in from pasture, and baby was kickin' pretty good, so I managed to film some of it. I lay my head on Belle's side and talk to the baby. I already have a name if it's a filly, but I'll wait until it's born before I say what the name is- it might not suit. I
'm getting excited! I love the babies.

Oh Shirley... how incredible!
Can't see it yet(have to see it on the computer)...that (handsome black bay) ...but it means you'll be seeing him soon! You must think its a filly!
Your new background..too cool, looks like you somehow put the"summer" hill , behind Beamer rearing in the winter version!
That babe IS moving! This makes me think of Spring---and happiness. Love it.
I love the babies too! We have 4 new foals already born and 3 more to go at the farm. They are just too dang cute!
I love stroking momma's belly and talking to the baby.
That is so cool, I might have to change my due date!
Lisa- baby gets less active a few days before foaling, so she isn't quite ready yet!
Allhorsestuff- When Belle was getting bred last year I put my order in for a filly ;0)- but I'd be happy with a colt because they are easier to sell.
How exciting for you!
Wow life is amazing
Remembering what a strain it was to carry a baby person, I can hardly imagine carrying a baby horse.

That reminds me, Gracie would make a good mum??????????( wonder when she is in season?)
