As we approach the tail end of winter and look out at the 2 ft. of snow and the sub zero temperatures, it's hard to find things to make your heart sing.
My truck has been delayed, waiting for a part to come in to finish doing the exhaust.
The cold and biting wind makes being outdoors unpleasant, even dressed warmly.
Even as this season drags on, however, there is still beauty to be found.

Fortunately, the weather forecast is looking up, warmer weather is on it's way but it will take a while for that snow to melt.

Great shots. You definitely found beautiful unique views, despite Winters lingering grip. Love that Beamer photo! The little doe sure is making fast work of cleaning up the seed that spilled.
Yep, we just need to keep telling ourselves that Spring WILL come.
Hopefully we all get to enjoy a nice Spring and don't skip over the transition and head right into the heat of Summer.
Winter really is magical. Sunny days, like today, that also have snow on the ground, are especially bright. I has to postpone our first lessons though, and that was disappointing.

That looks just so cold! We've had damp and cold which I think feels much worse than midwinter dry and cold.
