Handsome fellow...... yes I was using my zoom, even though they say he is quiet.
He makes cute calves too.
Beamer is happy to have company across the fence, and they seem like a nice quiet herd.
Rio got a day off today, we'll see how he does tomorrow. They were all ripping around their pen at sundown, so I just had to try for a couple of photos for their sale ads.
The light wasn't great, but I think Chickory looks nice in this one.

Chickory does look good, kinda like she just ran up and stopped to pose for the pic :)
That calf looking between the barb wire sure is a cutie
That bull does look pretty big to me and mean ;) I had to go back and catch up on your post! I loved your macro! Rio is going to put you through your paces! I know you are up to the challenge though! Chicory is a very pretty horse!
You are very gifted with the camera. Your new neighbors look very interesting. I like Mr. Bull's curly top and his son is cute too. I love that Chickory photo.
Herford calves are some of the cutest, though I'm kind of partial to the black baldies. Chickory is lovely in that picture. Her star looks like a snowflake. I never noticed that before.
The bull's markings on his face make him look sad...kinda like a sad clown face. He's handsome for sure!
That is a nice shot of Chickory though.
chickory is such a pretty girl! :)
My husband asked, a long time ago, Do cows have personalities? Well, there you go. I like your neighbors quite a bit.
Wow I missed a lot here in the past couple days! Chickory sure is looking good, she kinda looks like my Bailey in that picture. And glad Rio is coming along, much better at the post now.
Gosh! Chickory is a stout girl! and gorgeous! Are you selling her?
Pretty cows, when you shoot them!
Nice shot of Chicory!
