Sunday Stills

Today's challenge is black and white or sepia photos. Hmmm, I bet you can guess some of the subjects for my photos!
Yep, gotta have some black and white in the black and white photos!

Not to be outdone, Beamer posed for me against a stormy sky.

The textures in my new saddle are interesting  in black and white.

Beamer's wet mane looks almost silver.

Even landscapes lend themselves to B/W.

Yes, Sammi, we didn't forget you too!

My poppy finally flowered- and it's white! I was surprised, and I think it looks lovely in black and white.

I'd love to enter this! I love photographic challenges. I am posting my "B&W still now and if you can let me know the link, I'd be thankful. I will try to find it myself... but not sure I will be able to.

I was caught in a Canadian blizzard walking back from university unaware that it was a blizzard. That is why I chose to live in NZ. It is already too cold for me. LOl, I think I will hibernate if I am in Canada.

I love each of your photos! Isn't it cool how well things photograph in b/w and how we see different details than in color. Your white poppy looks so delicate! I have orange poppies in my yard.
