I firmly, firmly believe there is no better medicine than being outdoors - and throw an animal alongside to boot, it's a recipe for good cheer.
Mighty cold though, eh? We have had it so mild in general, but the temps have dropped drastically over the past couple of days. It doesn't help that we have been out so much lately that the kids have high expectations and my sixteen month old stands at the door with his boots yelling, "outside! outside!"
