The other day I was working on his back up- it's coming along good!
With foals it always seems that you take one step forward, two steps back, three steps forward, one step back. The last two days, I have been able to catch him out in the open- not today, I had to get him in the stall. He needed his baby butt washed, and his Pepto. Once I catch him, he's pretty easy, but like I said last post, he is opinionated, and his opinion today was that he didn't want to be good 😡
He sure loves it when I rub his butt during washing. Then I led him and asked for the back up again- he had to think about it for a while!
This colt sure has a lot of character.

Pistol is stunning, love horses with character! They require more patience, but are worth it. You are so good with them :) I'll never get tired of your foal posts!!
He is a thinker, I think he remembers everything...he is testing you!
