Yesterday we were blessed with sunshine, at least for part of the day. Beamer was so happy to get out of his muddy pen where he could run and play and see all "his" herd.
But first- a little prayer... Please let there be more sun.....
Such power, beauty and grace! I have a question: I see knots in his tail, but those look like human-made knots. If you made them, I'm assuming for mud, how do you get them to stay put? I cannot convince Gabe's tail to hold any kind of knot to keep it out of the mud.

Must feel grrrreat for them to stretch their legs, and run like the wind!!
Good to get some of that excess energy used up!
The last photo is my favorite! Nice work!!!
Love to see him go!
He looks like he enjoyed that lots.At least you have no snow.

Jenn- I'll do a pictoral post tomorrow on how to do mud knots. They stay in really well.
Oh, he does love to show off, doesn't he?
But he's such a handsome beast, he can get away with it.
Looking forward to it! It's that time of year when Gabe's white tail becomes mud-colored and mud-caked. I'd rather avoid that. :D
oh how I love a happy Beamer! And he clearly was happy with the clear skies!
run Beamer run!
and woohoo - love that last shot!
