Stella Belle Peppy April 3 2013-September 23 2013

There's a big hole in my heart.
Stella is no longer with us. I had to make "that call" on Monday.
I am not going to go into details because I don't know all the answers yet to the inevitable questions, just suffice to say that it was neurological and it was quick (27 hours from onset to no hope left) and ugly. I am awaiting the results of a neuro panel blood test.
This is my tribute to the horse that I thought would be my heart horse, my companion and dream horse, the one I waited years for.
Birthday, April 3rd

She knew she was mine.
I loved to watch her bust out her dance moves.....

I nicknamed her Stella the Stalker because she would follow close behind me

She brought me joy just watching her.....

My beautiful, perfect Stella Belle.

Forever in my heart.

Hi Shirley, Iam having BIG problems with this stupid keyboard! let me try this one more time!

I'm sorry for yours, and ted's loss. She was a cute little horse:)
God always remembers His creatures, and He knows how much we love them, because He gave them to us :) Just as God showed us enormous love when He gave us the greatest gift of all, His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. He gave us animals to love. I love the part in the Holy Bible when God brought the animals to Adam to see what Adam would name them :)

Thought it was kind of sweet. Which our Lord most definitely is. He gave you a wonderful horse, and He will give you another wonderful horse. He is always close to us in times of need, and sadness. He loves your dear little Stella Belle as much as you do. :)

Cats are not horses by a long shot, but when we had to put down our cats because of cancer, Frank took it extremely hard. I still miss Jingles. She was put down almost 3 years ago. I took it hard, but Frank was devastated. Pets are part of the family.

When you lose them, its hard. But God is ever so close to us in times of hardship, no matter what that hardship may be. As you have so often reminded me! Bless you for it!

I love you. God bless you!

I couldn't believe the title when I saw it, I am SO SO sorry, what a tragic year for you guys with the babies. How heartbreaking to lose her, she was so beautiful. Again, my deepest condolences, sometimes losing something that had so much unfulfilled promise can be the hardest of all.

I was horrified to read this this morning. It took me 12 hours to type this. I am so heartbroken for you, because I know of your hopes for her. I see her in my mind so often, healthy, and teaching others the meaning of movement.

How can this be.

I hope Beamer can comfort you. Cuz I see him as your partner.

Such a sad phone call I got that day!! My heart breaks for you my friend, I KNOW how much that little girl meant to you, as do all your other 'kids'. Be assured that there is now another four legged angel, playing in the pastures, across the rainbow bridge, maybe with a small two legged one that has also gone on.
THE GOOD LORD GIVETH, AND HE TAKETH AWAY.
