I have been following a page on Facebook called Intended Horsemanship for a while now. The horseman is David Schumpert, and I really like his take on horsemanship.

I read his first page, which defined his terms, and I do agree with him that horses are very good at judging intention. And, I agree that getting them to be willing, accepting partners, rather than just tolerating what we do with them, is essential to a rewarding relationship. I love it!
