We reviewed the stick and string work and then I took the tarp off the fence, dragged it around a bit and let her check it out.
After that, I put her halter back on and led her over it a few times- no hesitation- and then it was time to see if I could get her to wear it, like I did with the towel and the saddle blanket.

Are we done yet? Now can I eat some grass?

That’s great. Not a whole lot scares her. I need to pull my tarp back out for Bee, and a Leah refresher. I’ll put that on my list for today. It’ll be fun when you start walking Mesa on the trails. Water crossing will probably be easy for her.
