Trouble is, that is the horse pen that Gussie and Chickory are living in- it now has a lake in the middle of it, and mud everywhere. I can't put the fat girls on pasture and I don't have a pen that isn't muddy for them. Forecast is solid rain for the next week. Sigh.
Beautiful! I totally understand the whole rain and mud situation. We are still drowning in rain and mud and it's June! If we're lucky we might get 2 months of dry pastures!
It is starting to look like that here! Next week though it is supposed to stop raining for a while and get hot! I don't know if I really like that any better!
Awesome Picture! That colt's hip is grand even in a puddle!! Sadly, this is what our place looks like too...and more rain in the forecast as well. We may end up with webbed feet around here...
