Yeah, that is Tess's baby. They play together, and Tess protects Foose from the older cat, Bubby.

My dogs love to chase the outdoor cats! You should see them go at it! It is good that they can play!

Now this is really cute video.Traditionally speaking, aren't cats and dogs suppose to be enemies? This goes to show you what happens when two supposedly antagonistic parties are raised side by side, without letting the worst of their nature get between their friendship.We could learn a lot from them.
