They break evenly....
Down the backstretch, Josie goes to the lead by a head!
She lengthens her stride approaching the finish line and pulls ahead by a neck!
Now she is in the lead by a length and is pulling away!
Pounding down to the finish line.....
A length and a half with only yards to go!
No need for a photo finish, Josie touches the finish line and Rio fades!
Victory is hers!!! She wins her maiden race!!!
