Today was a road trip day. Shayla and I went to the Shea Ranch in Montana to see the people who raised Beamer, they have been friends of mine for about 20 years now.
We got the tour of the barn, and then Shayla got to ride a daughter of
Custom Chrome for a couple of hours while getting a reining lesson from Meagan Shea.
Most of the action shots of Shayla didn't turn out, I should have used a tripod and manual settings.
Meagan asked me to take some photos of a
mare they are selling, a daughter of
Smart Shiner. A nice solid mare, and of course I love that smokey black colour. Well, you know me, I love those funky action shots!
A few posed shots too; pretty mare!
I can't help but think how nicely she would cross on Beamer. :0)
Sure wish I could win the lottery for this one!
