Kitty Bob

There is a feral cat hanging around here; he's probably lived here for a while. I have been trying to get him used to me; I'd like to keep him around to keep the mice under control (rotten little varmints got in my cupboard last night, poop everywhere- @#$#%@$%%!) I call this cat Kitty Bob because he's a bobtail, a Manx. After I rode Beamer today, I was unsaddling at the hitching rail and Foose come a high-balling and yowling with Kitty Bob hot on his tail. Foose hid under the tack shed, Kitty Bob did a sliding stop when I called his name, but didn't go too far away. He watched me from about 20 feet away, then I got him a dish of catfood, and he went and hid. I'm sure it will be devoured by morning. One of the reasons I like this cat is because he is the spittin' image of Foose, only with short hair and a stubby tail.

A friend of ours is trying to tame some feral cats and trapped one in his porch.......he wished he didn't if you know what I mean. I really, really like Foose.
