3 months old today

Miss Thea is three months old now, and I sure am happy with her. She's very smart, and gets more biddable every day. She lays down, sits, and understands leave it and NO!. It's a work in progress on that'll do, which to me means stop what you are doing and come here. I tell her "do your business" when I take her out for that so I hope she will be like Tess and do it on command. Useful for long trips. I started a new command today- stay. That's going to take a bit I think, because when I move she sticks to me, but she's smart enough to figure it out soon. Also have to work on heeling.
She's a little sweetheart, everybody loves her. She likes little kids, goes wiggling up to them all happy.
I hope to be able to take her with me riding soon- but not here as I'm not allowed to ride the fields in the spring. When I'm leading the horse she stays right with us so it shouldn't be a problem getting her to follow.
Love my pup!

So happy to hear you're happy with her. I need to start working on stay too and sometimes no is a hard one too on certain days🙄

She is so cute and her ears look perfect! We use go pee and thats a good spot to poop for Chance and yes it is handy when we are out and about. I think we worked stay a bit at a time first on a short lead, then a long lead, then a length of long clothesline rope and then a stay where I left him and was completely out of sight for 2 minutes...he did well with the progression of the stay. I did some clicker training with him too...okay was our release word...and I wished I had picked a different word for release/playtime...cause he really cues in on okay...and sometimes I say it in a normal conversation:)

Far Side- yes, that's why I don't say "come here" when I want her to come to me because if I get her working stock "come by" is one of the commands.
