I went hunting....
And bagged my tree! I finally got a chance to get my Christmas tree today. I took my dogs and went for a walk up a steep hillside and after trudging around for a while, there it was- the perfect Balsam Fir tree, just waiting for me to take it home! That's how I like to do it, spend some time out in the bush, getting to see the deer tracks and where they had bedded down, looking out over the valley at the beautiful scenery, and watching two happy dogs romp through the snow. And you should smell how beautiful it is in my home with the tree in the living room! Sorry, no photos as my husband absconded with my camera this week, so I'm trying to get decent ones on my cell phone. Then I gotta figure out how to get them on my computer.......

With my old phone I used to e-mail the pics to myself.
For some reason this hasn't worked with the new phone... hmmm. But it did come with a usb cord so maybe that would work (I am SO not techy! lol)
Thats the best way to get a tree, can't wait to see pics of it..:-)
I don't know what kind of phone you have, but I know with our phones we can by a card that has a little chip that goes into the back of the phone to save pictures on then we take it out of the phone and put it in the big card to put into the computer. Last year we went to the hubbies uncle's farm and went out back into the woods and look around and cut the top out of a tree for our christmas tree. I guess they used to do that when they were young. So, we took the kids last year with the wagon and tractor and cut one down. No fake tree for us that is for sure.
Sounds like a great tree! Can't wait to see it!
Just email them to yourself. Sounds like a lovely tree , bet it smells greeat
Makes me think I should go hunting for a tree... a sagebrush tree! For a desert Christmas. And they smell so good too.
