This is Chickory's very first time with a saddle on her back; I thought it would be a bit of a rodeo, but as you can see..... Funny thing, when I went to catch her she showed just how athletic she is; I touched her rump with the halter because she wouldn't face up, and she did a 4 legged straight up jump! Too funny!
But Lisa, that's a warm day compared to the temps other parts of western Canada are getting! Warm enough that I was going to ride Beamer, but, alas, I got called to work for a couple of hours.

Brrr, I guess, I would rather have the snow than the really freezing temps!
